Inclusive Organisations ist ein EU-gefördertes Projekt, das auf die Arbeit von Ljubljana Pride aus einem früheren Projekt aufbaut und darauf abzielt, Organisationen bei der Förderung und Umsetzung von Inklusionsstandards zu unterstützen. Das Projekt möchte insbesondere Inklusionsprozesse in Bezug auf marginalisierte Jugendliche stärken und dadurch zugleich das Thema innerhalb der europäischen Jugendarbeit weiter fördern.
Projektziele
Unser Hauptziel ist es, Organisationen dabei zu unterstützen und dazu zu befähigen, inklusiver gegenüber Jugendlichen marginalisierter Gruppen zu werden.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wollen wir:
- ein (inter)nationales Netzwerk aus inklusiven Organisaitonen aufbauen und stärken.
- Werkzeuge und Ressourcen entwickeln, mithilfe derer Inklusionsprozesse in Organisationen gestärkt werden können.
- ein Zertifizierungs-System aufbauen, welches Organisationen bei der Selbstreflexion zur Inklusion unterstützt und am Ende mit einem Zertifikat ausstattet.
Als Partnerorganisation
- teilt ihr Euer Wissen über Diskriminierung von Jugendlichen marginalisierter Gruppen mit uns.
- nehmt ihr Teil an unseren Events und seid so ein aktiver Bestandteil unseres Projekts.
- profitiert ihr am Ende von den gemeinsam entwickelten Werkzeugen und Ressourcen, um Eure Inklusionsprozesse zu verbessern und zu zertifizieren.

Inclusive Organisation is a EU funded project that is based on materials by Ljubljana Pride from a past project with the aim to support organisations in the self-reflection of their own inclusion standards. The project wants to reinforce inclusion processes in organisation and promote the topic in the wider european youth work space.
Aims and Objectives
Our main goal is to enable and support organisations in the process to become more inclusive towards youth from marginalised groups.
To achieve this we want to
- set up and reinforce networks of inclusive organisations across the partner countries
- develop concrete activities/ resources that can be used to create more inclusive work environments
- create a certification scheme that enables organisations to test their progress towards inclusivity and be recognised for their effort and knowledge through a (self-)certification
As a partnerorganisation
- you share your knowledge about the discrimination of these marginilized groups with us
- you take action within our project and be part of our trainings
- in the end, you profit from our tools that we create together to become more inclusive
